Story Creator - Easy Story Book Maker for Kids App Reviews

This app would be ten stars if it at least gave the option to save a generated video/story to the camera roll! It doesnt, so it is essentially useless... Sorry :(

So,I would like more colers. There is enuf colers for the book Im ganna make called "Newb Kid"

This is an fantastic app! It is fun to play around with! The only thing is though, you have a limit on how much text is on each slide. Either that or the font gets so small that you cant read the text. Other than that it is fun and very cool!

Useful and intuitive app for creating storyboards, talking stories, narrated holiday albums... Stacks of possibilities. Cant currently rearrange order of pages. Otherwise great.

I liked so much that I miss save in my tablet to share with family!

What a great app! My 6 year old was able to write and illustrate her own stories after only a few minutes playing around to learn the app. The ability to add pictures is great but the option to add video is AMAZING. My older daughter has significant disabilities and is very engaged by video recordings. We have a number of expensive social story apps designed for kids with autism. Im very impressed by all the features that are in this app that we have only found in more expensive special needs apps before. What makes this app stand out is the ability to incorporate video and the ease of sharing the stories on social media. Great app!! Im so impressed.

My daughter loves making her own stories. With this app she was able to take photos of her family and write about in ten minutes. The best part was sharing the story with all members of the family. If a 4 years old can do this, imagine what my grade 4 students can do with this!

The app is easy, intuitive and fun. Making a visual scrapbook takes minutes. Add videos or photos, record your voice. Even those who shy away from creating online books will find this approach gives them a handsome result in a short time.

Fun for kids that love to take a million photos of daily affairs. I have always said they narrate their lives, now it is very easy and super fun for them to put their adventures in a book!

Unfortunately the share-via-email function is not available although mentioned in the description. Story books only to share on facebook....

Having read the four reviews, I admit I was not looking at this from the point of view of a childrens app. I am a grandma and like to create electronic story books for my grandkids. I modified another app to do that, so it is wonderful to have a real app for this purpose. It has the basics, but it would be great to see some other creativity tools to enhance it. Comment "bubbles", different fonts, ability to "write" on the picture, cut and paste capability, ability to crop/chop photos, ability to put a title on the cover. Im no expert, so I imagine there are more tools Ive not mentioned or thought of. Ill definitely be encouraging my grandkids to give it a try though!

I love the versatility and ease of use of this app. Love, love, love that it is free!!! Video tutorial really helped, thanks. However in upgrade I would love to see a page turn button for those who struggle with a swipe, option to lock the books from accidental edits, and text to audio option for typed speech (for individuals who are non verbal).

Downloaded to see stories created by grandma for the kids. Cant find the shared story. No way to request a shared story. Needs more work and testing.

Sharing does not work. And I need sharing to work so I can share stories with my niece in England.

Warning! Big fail if you can only share using Facebook. Needs an update and more palette options.

Brilliant, beyond simple and user friendly!!

It is an good app but I think they need to change a little bit like: share by email and maybe put your story on iBooks that would be great but the rest of the app is great!
